Megan will present how an Architect’s BIM Execution Plan has been developed to support production collaboration on the Medic-Ser Clinica Delgado. This is an ongoing addition and renovation project set in Lima, Peru with a team dispersed between Lima, Charlotte, and Richmond VA.

In this session, you will learn how a VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) Execution Plan is developed and used for a high-profile project in the Richmond area. Hear how DPR benefited from this plan as well as lessons learned in using a VDC and BIM on a real project.
